This year the Football Federation of Victoria (FFV) have made it mandortory for clubs to implement the online self registration for ALL members.

To register go to the myfootballclub.com.au website, click link.  Refer below for a link to a step by step help sheet.

During registration you have the option to ADD additional fees to pay for your childs playing kit (Top, Shorts & Socks).  The online system is the only way you can pay by credit.  Please refer to the links below which provide more detail.

Register online, see below and bring the invoice to the club rooms during training.

When completing forms please print your details as clearly as possible. This will prevent errors when we transcribe into our database and will ensure that when the club needs to contact you in an emergency we can be certain that you will receive the information in a timely manner. 

NEW MEMBERS - WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING:

               1. New players to the club must bring a copy of their birth certificate 
               2. All players need to UPLOAD a passport sized photograph 
               3. New players MUST complete a kit order form ASAP
               4. Copy of your online registration

 Online Self Registration for 2012 is NOW open for the 2012 Winter Season.

NOTE:  Playing Kits are an additional cost.  Players cannot play without a PCSC playing kit

1. All Players must be Self Registered online (Click this link for instructions) via the FFA My Football Club Website and complete club registration form.
2. Payment of Fees may only be made by Credit Card via the online registration system, or EFT payment directly into the clubs bank account or over the counter at Bendigo Bank.  Click here for Registration Fee Guidelines.
3. Online Player Registrations.
   • FFA has made the decision that Online Registration is Mandatory for this coming season.
   • No manual registrations will be allowed.  PCSC cannot complete online registrations for players.
   • If players/parents having trouble with Online Rego contact the FFV or FFA for assistance.
   • Payment of Fees may only be made by Credit Card via the online registration system, or EFT payment directly into the clubs bank account or over the counter at Bendigo Bank.  

• Refunds
  • No registration refunds will be given after a child has been graded and allocated to a team
  • Full refund will be given if child doesn't make a team
  • Partial refunds may only be given at the discretion of the committee in exceptional circumstances.  For example severe injury.

• Player Insurance - Confirmed that players are covered by FFV insurance for pre-season provided that:
  • They have an FFA number, and, more importantly
  • They were registered with the FFV for the previous season.
  • Insurance lasts for a 12 month period.
  • A player will still be covered by FFV even if they transfer from another club.
  • New players that don't have an FFA number or didn't play the previous season will NOT be covered by FFV insurance.
  • FFV has introduced a short term type of insurance called "Play Football Fee"
    • The Play Football Fee is $20 for a player aged under 18, not registered in 2011
    • Fee needs to be paid for via Online Registration system, select "Play Football Fee" 
    • If player subsequently register with PCSC we will pass on the Credit back from the FFV for the $20
    • Only other option is that the player is covered by the parents Private Health Insurance.
