JUNIOR CADETS PROGRAM

 

This program is for our younger kids. The focus is to introduce them to the basics of the game first and gradually improve their technical skills in a fun & relaxed environment. The program will help kids progress their skills and in turn help them become a successful part of a team.

 

The program will also set out to achieve:

  • Technically sound individuals with both left & right foot, to perform better during games.

  • A better understanding of the principle of soccer and what is required in a match set up.

 

PROGRAM STRUCTURE

 

  • Ball Manipulation

  • Fundamental Motor Skills

  • Striking the Ball

  • First Touch

  • 1v1 Drills

  • Running with The Ball

  • Ball passing and receiving

  • Communication

  • Ball possession

  • Small Sided Games

 
TIME

 

DAY : Thursday Nights (Term 4)

TIME : 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm & 6.15pm - 7.15pm

AGE GROUPS:  5 - 7 Year Old’s

LOCATION: Emmanuel College, Foxwood Drive, Point Cook
